(To avoid color powder simply hold your arms in an X formation in front of your face.) Get tired, simply have a seat at your water/safety stop where we have wonderful volunteer nurses to assist you.
End your race with a 40 yard dash to the finish line HIPPITY-HOP RACE!!! (Hippity-hop balls can be purchased on route for $25.) Cross the finish line hopping, running, rolling, crawling.... We are just glad you made it to the FINISH LINE BLOCK PARTY!!!
The Finish Line Block Party starts as soon as you arrive. Color explosions are scheduled to be set off every 15 minutes. Q93's Morning Crew, SHY AND CATHY, will be your DJ! Vendors, Sponsors, and Heroes will be scattered around the main gathering area. Expect to dance, hula-hoop, and much more!!!!
THE BIG IDEA...... COME CLEAN. LEAVE DIRTY. HAVE FUN. MAKE MEMORIES. STRIVE TO ENSURE PEDIATRIC SURVIVAL!!!!
CLEAN UP IDEAS: Bring a towel or garbage bag to cover your car seats. Colored Hair Prevention...leave conditioner in your hair without rinsing or wear a hat. The color powder is safe and edible, although we do not suggest to eat it! LOL!!! It is simply colored corn starch. Have allergies? Wear a face mask or walk behind the volunteers at each color stop, and stay in our safe zones at the block party.
